BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Sales Development Representative, Hong Kong
What you’ll do:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation methods;

Work with your dedicated Account Executive to identify ongoing strategic targets;

Demonstrate the value of our offering through email and other methods e.g., phone calls, direct mail, etc

Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries
What you’ll need:

BA/BS degree

1-2 years of professional work experience in Sales, Business Development

Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
MARKETING TEAM
Marketing Operations Analyst
What you’ll do:

Work with Sales and Marketing to understand ideal client profiles.

Construct and maintain a database of qualified prospects.

Segment and analyze prospect profiles and applicable data.

Contribute to efforts on growth marketing initiatives.
What you’ll need:

BA/BS degree

1-2 years of work experience with data-driven responsibilities.

Able to structure and manipulate numbers. Experience with Excel.

What you’ll do:

Be comfortable pitching other journalists or editors to get our stories featured more widely
What you’ll need:

Connections to other journalists and editors, who might on occasional feature/link to your work

Ability to dive deep into interesting stories

Experience interviewing experts

Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Willingness to travel for stories on occasion
MEDIA DESIGN TEAM
Senior Multimedia Editor
What you’ll do:

Increase audience and engagement by through visual storytelling

Create monthly content reports
-
set and track department goals for increasing content volume

Hire and direct freelance creators, photographers and videographers on assignments
-
Create visuals for social media platforms that increase engagement and followers
-
Maintain high quality of key images on homepage and other important promotional items.

Negotiate rates and contracts with agencies and individual creators
What you’ll need:

3+ Years of Digital Photo Editing

Celebrity/Fashion/Luxury brand experience preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut Pro

Strong relationships with working photographers and photo agencies
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Visual Communications or Photo Journalism is preferred

Highly skilled in PhotoShop, nimble at retouching with speed
